Our decaf medium roast highlights the flavors and steers clear of the bitterness characteristic of darkly roasted decaf. We are currently roasting certified organic fair trade coffee grown by farmers in Chiapas, Mexico that is Swiss water processed to remove caffeine in Veracruz, Mexico.
Cupping notes: Toffee, Blackberry, Maple
